Hey Undella! I'm wondering if we could integrate the Hibike discord server on the Wikia. It has a very nice community going with almost 400 members and quite a few contributors here are also active on the server. We could help out with the Wikia and contribute.
I've sent you a DM on Discord as it's probably easier to discuss via messages! Thank you in advance.
Hey! Yes, I would really like to have a Discord server too, since you and possibly many others wish for that as well. Unfortunately, I am new to the Discord stuff, so I don't know how to integrate a Discord server here. Could you help me out in this matter?
Edit: I also couldn't send a message to you on Discord for some reason...?
Haha no, I'm not messing with the page, I am the founder after all. The only thing I did was to move over the relationship information to a separate page to keep Asuka's page organized, just like with Kumiko's, Reina's and Taki's page. With that said, I would also like you to not change the page anymore. But thanks for keeping a close eye on these matters though! :)
Hey this part needs to be updated... If you want me to write it out for you tell me. If you want to do it yourself... DO IT!
Hibike! Euphonium (響け! ユーフォニアム'Hibike! Yūfoniamu'?) is a Japanese novel by Ayano Takeda, published on December 5, 2013 by Takarajimasha. The story focuses on the Kitauji High School Concert Band, which is steadily improving thanks to the newly appointed director's strict instruction. An anime adaptation, produced by Kyoto Animation and directed by Tatsuya Ishihara, began airing in April 7, 2015 and finished on June 30, 2015.
An anime film retelling the events of the television series was released in Japanese theaters on April 23, 2016 and on Blu-ray Disc/DVD on September 7, 2016. A second season to the television series, also produced by Kyoto Animation, will start airing in October 5/6, 2016.
Hey just wanted to ask if you could help me get the rights to be able to edit this page. I'm not sure if its just my account or its the page set up but I'm not able to add other songs to the song list.
On amazon.com, I have ordered the book known as "Sound! Euphonium (light novel): Welcome to the Kitauji High School Concert Band". I just want to inform you guys that I plan to work on the english version page of this book. Just the details of the chapters and such. If there isn't a page on this I will make it. Just wanted to let you all know.
I'm a diehard fan of this anime. It basically made me learn the Euphonium and Trumpet as I am a band student and love music. It means a lot that there is a wikia page for it even though its a small anime with two seasons so far. I love the story in it and I am really able to relate to all of the things that happen in Hibike! Euphonium. I can play the Euphonium, Piano, Trumpet, and Flute. I am currently learning the other band instruments that i haven't listed. I plan to possibly be a composer or band director some day. This anime has litterally changed my mindset on my future carreer. I basically want to give back too it by administrating the wikia page. I plan to make sure everything is correct, no on is disobeying rules such as cursing or spoiling without warning etc. And I plan to try and get every badge. Litterally all my wallpaper on my PC is Hibike! Euphonium stuff....
Woah, it seems like you're going to be very dedicated admin, so, sure, I'll give you the admin status. You haven't done many edits as of now, but I'm sure you'll work hard. I'm counting on you, for all the things you mentioned above! ^^
But after making you an admin, I don't think we need more admins on this wikia. Anyways, good luck!
I have a bit of a question! I actually recently started getting interested in Sound! Euphonium when the second season started airing so I don't know that much, but I really want to help the wiki since I like wikis and noticed it's lacking a bit of (not a lot but still X3) info! I don't think I can do much yet...But since the galleries are a bit empty would it be alright if I started adding some screenshots from episodes (since a lot are missing), and character's pages, and also episode synopsis? :o I think I can achieve at least that much!
P.S. (I notcied you play Guitar and Piano! I also play Guitar, Piano, and Violin hehe!~)
EDIT: I forgot to mention this as well! I'll start adding captions to pictures as it helps! XD
Yes, of course, go ahead! :D As you maybe don't know, school keeps me very busy to log in here so appreciate your help! And as you said, I do play piano and guitar, but i'm also kinda intested in playing the violin and flute, but it seems so hard :c
Hi Currychan! Thanks for helping out. When adding pictures to galleries, please consider whether or not they are significant to the character's personality or development before adding them! We have had certain people uploading random unnecessary screenshots just to get points to earn badges, and it clutters up the galleries. What we DO need help on is getting screenshots of the other band characters that don't have seiiyuus and are just in the background! Thanks for offering to help :)))
I forgot to reply to this ahaha..ha.. ^^; Thank you very much though! I understand what you mean about adding pics, so I'll try to only add relevant pictures!~ I'll also try to make some of the supporting characters, there are so many XD I had another question though, about the episode arts from the official site, although they weren't there during the first season, would it be alright to add them to the episode pages? :o (Even though there haven't been any pages for the season two episodes yet, I wanted to make then and then go back and revamp the season one pages)
Yes, official art is good and welcome! The "unnecessary stuff" I'm talking about is when people try to upload every single random frame of the anime, haha. Thank you for asking! You have been making some good edits :)
I have another question! I assumed that the names for characters were written with First name before the Given name , but some pages have it and some don't, which one is right? Although the actual way should be Given name before First name imo, since that's how it properly is in japanese. :o
Hi Currychan! I personally prefer Given+First, since that's the way it is in Japanese, but this is an English wiki so the standard formatting should be First+Given. If anything does not follow that format than it should be changed. Thanks!
